We include preventative maintenance health checks as part of our standard contract. On a continual rotation basis, we carry out remote server health checks including; server disk space, anti-virus definitions, backup verification and analysis of system logs. We ensure your equipment is current with the latest security updates and patches. We also check your system for performance issues such as unnecessary temporary files. All engineers have a minimum of 10 years experience each.
Upon commencement of our maintenance contracts, we carry out a full system review free of charge.
In addition, we offer our 24hr x 7 real time server monitoring service, this consolidates the proactive approach to the service we provide. As your server changes status - our engineers receive an automated alert to their mobile phones as well as an email alert to our support control centre. Our standard package monitors disk space, internet access, hardware faults and the general status of the server. We can add additional monitoring sensors if required.
