At Laztech, our engineers are fully equipped to get to your office expediently. Where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, an engineer is allocated immediately. At our control centre, the team’s focus is to manage the most efficient co-ordination of our onsite engineering team.
All Laztech engineers are highly qualified and experienced. We only employ senior engineers. Whilst we do train our staff to our standards, we do not employ junior engineers.
Under the terms of our maintenance contract, where an engineer is required onsite, our response times are guaranteed within 4 hours for critical faults and 8 hours onsite for all other issues. However, to date our onsite response times for critical faults is less than 1 hour, and all calls logged before 3pm are rectified by close of business. We can provide emergency cover outside of office hours including weekends.
We provide dedicated engineers to each client, ensuring continuity of technical knowledge specific to your equipment, and assists in the building of professional relationships.
All engineers carry a fully stocked spares kit, the contents of which are tailored to meet customer’s requirements. This enables the engineer to achieve a far higher level of first time fixes than would otherwise be possible. In the unlikely event that it is not possible to fix your machine on-site it will be removed to our workshop where it will be looked at immediately - repaired, cleaned, and returned.
