Our pre-emptive approach to computer services dramatically reduces the costs and risks associated with running efficient systems. We ensure that you can get on with managing your business rather than wasting valuable time resolving computer related issues. Our services will cost less than employing in-house personnel. Continual system health checks, installation and proactive support procedures will reduce the risk of information loss, and virtually remove unscheduled down time.
Support calls are answered by an engineer, thus dramatically reducing the time to resolution. Where resolution is not made by phone or remote access, an onsite support call out is logged to one of your dedicated engineers.
We only employ senior engineers, suitably qualified and experienced. Whilst we do provide training, this is purely to ensure each engineer has a ‘Laztech’ approach.

We include preventative maintenance health checks as part of our standard contract. On a continual rotation basis we carry out remote server health checks including; server disk space, anti-virus definitions, backup verification and analysis of system logs. We ensure your equipment is current with the latest security updates and patches. We also check your system for performance issues such as unnecessary temporary files. All engineers have a minimum of 10 years experience each.
Upon commencement of our maintenance contracts we carry out a full system review free of charge.
In addition we offer our 24hr x 7 real time server monitoring service, this consolidates the proactive approach to the service we provide. As your server changes status – our engineers receive an automated alert to their mobile phones as well as an email alert to our support control centre. Our standard package monitors disk space, internet access, hardware faults and the general status of the server. We can add additional monitoring sensors if required.
